Configuration of Fiber Laser Cutting System

The series of FCC medium power laser cutting machine adopt fiber lasers of IPG brand. The original laser beam produced has good quality and small spot. After focusing by lens of cutting head, it can form high-energy intensive laser beam, which can quickly cut metal sheet of various materials.

On the other hand, as the core component of the whole laser cutting machine, the fiber laser's durability is of great significance for reducing the maintenance cost. The IPG fiber laser's semiconductor pump source can last up to 100,000 hours, which means customers don't need to replace it at all.

For thin metal plate cutting, the cutting head with short focal lens can achieve a high concentration of laser beam, and does not need the support of high output power. At the same time, the tracking system of laser head is very sensitive, so that laser head can finish the smooth cutting of complex workpiece.

The touch screen is the interactive window between staff and cutting machine .Combined with the technology of Swiss Bystronic and our own strong optical development capabilities, we developed and designed an intelligent touch screen control system so that the operation interface is more simple, convenient, flexible.

The machine structure of this fiber laser cutting machine is open structure designed so that the operator can observe the cutting situation directly. Through the numerical control electric furnace annealing treatment, the high rigidity bed can guarantee the machine structure will not be deformed after using a long time.

The coating on machine structure surface is hand-brushed. The hand-brush coating can make the service life of tool machine body extend 20 years at least.

Optional Configuration
  • Side-hanging pipe-cutting table: this equipment can cut up to 3 meters of pipe material. The pipe-cutting equipment is attached to the structure where the machine tool is connected with the cross-beam and there is no other support in the middle. The pipe can be rotated unilaterally with the cutting direction.
  • Floor-standing pipe-cutting table: this device can cut up to 6 meters of pipe material. Compared with the side-hanging pipe-cutting table, the middle of the pipe cutting table is provided with automatic support, and an additional guide rail and a driving motor are installed. The guide rail can automatically transfer materials, and the drive motor can realize completely synchronous rotation with cutting direction. Centering clamping can be done manually or automatically.
