The C-Bend series bending machine adopts "C" type frame. "C" frame is not limited by the right and left discharge, which provides greater processing range and processing flexibility. • Mechanical deflection compensation workbench MT5
In the bending process, the bending machine beam and table will naturally have a tendency to bend, especially in the middle of the piston position. Therefore, if there is no additional compensation, the bending angle will change with the length of the bending machine. To compensate for this problem, the C-Bend series is equipped with the MT5 deflection compensation system specifically designed for this machine, which consists of two wedge modules. The deflection compensation device is controlled by CNC to compensate the bending deformation of the worktable and upper beam caused by different bending forces.
